Upon receiving a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it. We may also remove the underlying file, not just the link.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your contact information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., where [COMPANY] LLC is located) and to accept service from the complainant. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
